By accessing or using the 1xbdt website or mobile platform, you automatically agree to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. These terms have been drafted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1xbdt services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Account registration or platform use by minors is strictly prohibited. Where these Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall take precedence in matters of interpretation.
1xbdt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users via their registered email address.
To register with 1xbdt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each individual may only operate one account; duplicate accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be withheld.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, contact our support team immediately and change your password.
After registration, we may verify your identity via National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawal limits may apply to unverified accounts.
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.
By using the 1xbdt platform, you confirm that your activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical conduct through the platform is strictly prohibited. Users must refrain from harassing, intimidating, or spreading false information about other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
1xbdt reserves the right to suspend accounts, place holds on funds, and notify the relevant authorities if any suspicious activity is detected.
All financial transactions on the 1xbdt platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. However, delays may occur due to banking or payment gateway factors beyond 1xbdt's control. Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure your account is fully verified and all applicable betting requirements have been met.
Funds may not be withdrawn via a third-party payment method — deposits and withdrawals should be processed through the same channel. If irregular or suspicious transactions are detected, 1xbdt may request additional verification or temporarily place the transaction on hold.
All content, logos, designs, software, and databases published on the 1xbdt platform are protected by our intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using any of this material for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Users may only access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
1xbdt's liability is limited in relation to losses arising from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, the platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or updates.
The 1xbdt platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 1xbdt is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or security of any such third-party content or services. Users access and use these services at their own discretion.
1xbdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, fraud, misconduct, or suspicious activity. If legitimate funds remain in the account at the time of closure, they will generally be returned following verification.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Before closing, it is recommended to settle all pending bets and withdraw any remaining funds. Requests to reopen a closed account will be considered but are not guaranteed to be approved.
